The Bed and Breakfast ‘Le Magnolie’ is located in a recent renovated area into the relaxing of Modena countryside, with paths in plein air, bike trail and recreational ground.
We have an internal parking and a large garden, ability to use the hotel’s bicycles, TV and hairdryer in the room.
Attention: We inform our customers that pets are not allowed in the structure.

We are located in a quite area closed to Modena, not far from the Exhibition Centre and and from the highway toll of Modena Nord and Campogalliano . Great location easy to reach also for those who traveling on business by car, by bus or taxi or by train . The relax of the countryside a few kilometers away from the comforts of the city.
Hospitality
We can accommodate up to 11 people, divided in the attic-apartment for 4 people, the 2nd room for 3 people, the 1st room for 2 people and the 3rd room 2 people. Here availability and kindness are very important in order to offer you a relaxed visit.
