Villanova is easily reached from the city center of Modena, we are 5 minutes from the ring road and 15 minutes from the city center.

How to reach us from the motorway exit toll ‘Modena Nord’ (A14)
From the exit Modena Nord continue towards the North Freeway Luigi Pirandello towards Bologna. At the junction with signs for Bologna / Verona / Carpi / Center keep left and take the exit 11 towards Brenner / Mantova / Carpi. Go to National Road to North Carpi. Take the exit toward S. Pancrazio / Ponte Alto / Villanova. Go to Villanova Road until you get to the town. The entrance to the B & B ‘Le Magnolie’ is located in the residential area on the left.
How to reach us from the motorway exit toll ‘Campogalliano’ (A22)
From the exit Campogalliano enrta the roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto Via del Lavoro. At the third roundabout take the 1st exit onto SS413 ‘Via Modena’. At the roundabout of the National Carpi take the 2nd exit in the direction Lesignana / Carpi. Once in Lesignana turn right and take Route Sant ‘Onofrio. At the junction turn left and take Route of Villanova. The entrance to the B & B ‘Le Magnolie’ is located in the residential area on the left.
